Holiday cottage in quiet and sunny area in Emmat on a natural property of 1100 m². Favourable starting point for hiking tours. 5 minutes to the loipe or the toboggan run.

Our holiday home Jentschke is located in the district Emmat in Leutasch. Balcony and panorama windows offer a spectacular view of the valley, the "Wettersteingebirge" and the "Hohe Munde". In summer the newly designed terrace invites you to sunbathe and relax.

On the upper floor there are kitchen and living area as well as two bedrooms. In the basement are further bedrooms with shower and toilet. The access to the rooms in the basement is through the protected and roofed outdoor area.

The cross-country ski run or toboggan run is about 5 minutes' walk away. In summer a good starting point for mountain hiking.
