Quiet, sunny location off the road. Beautiful view into the landscape. 5 cosy and comfortably holiday apartments, all with south balcony. In summer ideal for hiking and mountaineering, as our house is located at the entrance to the "Almenparadies Gaistal". In winter our apartment house is located directly at the cross-country ski run.

Coming from Mittenwald you drive through the whole Leutasch valley to the district of Obern. On the right hand side you will see a shop calles "SPAR", there you have to turn directly left into a small path. Our house is the last one on the right side.
