In winter, we offer our guests FREE USE OF THE CROSS-COUNTRY SKI TRAIL and rides with our REGIONAL BUS for the entire duration of their stay.
For our little guests, a BABY COT is available free of charge upon request.
The Seefeld region offers a diverse range of sports and leisure activities both in summer and winter in the stunning, unspoiled surroundings of the house: beautiful hiking and mountain biking trails, alpine ski areas, and a fantastic network of cross-country ski trails just a 5-minute walk away.
We are located 200 m from the center and 900 m from the Kreithlift ski area. The ascent to the viewpoint at Kurblhang is located near Landhaus Knaus and can be reached in about 30

Our Landhaus Knaus, formerly "bei Hackl", was built in 1982 and has been managed and inhabited by our family since 2017. We are at your disposal around the clock for your concerns and would be happy to take care of them!
