First mentioned in 1656, the farm is now owned by the Neuner family in the 11th generation and the Melcherhof has undergone some changes over time.
Gisela & Josef built the current farm with their own hands in 1979 and opened the front door to guests in 1980.
The original 6 guest rooms on the 1st floor were adapted into three holiday apartments in 1985.
The two were hosts with heart and soul and after over 40 years of full commitment to countless guests and families, they handed the farm over to the next generation in 2022.
Months of renovation followed from the basement to the roof and the facade was also lovingly refreshed. Now everything shines in a new look and we, Siegmund and Annabelle, are grateful that Gisela & Josef placed their trust in us and placed the farm in ours We have laid hands and are incredibly happy to be able to open the doors to guests again.
