The cosy two-family house "Berghaus Waldner" is located in Leithen, just 6 km from Seefeld. It is situated in a quiet and sunny location, just 1.8 km from the centre of Reith and offers an elevated position with a picturesque view, just 100 m from the edge of the forest.
The house has a shared garden and sunbathing lawn, a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue facilities. WLAN, central heating and a washing machine are also available and can be shared.
It is easy to get to the house, with plenty of parking spaces directly on site. Nearby you will find amenities such as a grocery shop (2 km), restaurants and a bus stop (300 m). Leisure facilities such as an outdoor and indoor swimming pool, as well as the picturesque "Wildsee" swimming lake are also within easy reach. For sports enthusiasts, there are golf courses, tennis facilities, a sports centre and various ski areas nearby, including the well-known Rosshütte and Gschwandtkopf ski areas.
For added comfort, Berghaus Waldner also offers in-house cosmetic treatments, facial massages and health massages (for an extra charge). There is also the option of booking tour and hiking guides to better explore the surrounding area.

Please take the Zirl Ost/Seefeld exit from the A12 motorway and drive in the direction of Seefeld/Garmisch. After about 150 metres after the Leithen village sign (before the traffic island), turn right and follow the dirt road straight uphill. The house is about 70 metres further on the right-hand side.
If you are coming from Garmisch, drive through the centre of Leithen and turn left after the traffic island.
