This unique property is situated on the sunny high plateau of the Seefeld region in Tyrol at an altitude of around 1,200 metres. Unobstructed dream view to the south. The proximity to the cities Innsbruck, Bozen, Garmisch-Partenkirchen and Munich make the Seefeld location optimal. All well-known ski resorts are very easy and fast to reach. The ensemble is only a few minutes walk from the golf course of the "Golfacademy Seefeld". Cross-country skiing trails right in front of the door. The centre of Seefeld is about 15 minutes by foot or three minutes by car.
