The maisonette flat in alpine-rustic style is around 45 square metres in size and consists of a cosy living room with TV (satellite connection available, no WLAN), a bedroom separated by a curtain as a gallery, an interior bathroom with bathtub and a fully equipped fitted kitchen. A terrace is located on the south-east side with a view of the Reitherspitze.

Check-in is possible from 4 pm, check-out is until 11 am. Different times are also possible by arrangement if there are no arrivals or departures for the same day.
