We warmly welcome you to the Excelsior Apartment House in the Seefeld region - Tyrol's high plateau. Enjoy the tranquility of the mountains and nature with us.

Fortunately, we are only a five-minute walk from the town center with its numerous restaurants, cafés, and supermarkets. The sports and congress center with its luxurious indoor pool and large sauna area, as well as the entrance to the cross-country ski trails, are also in close proximity to our Excelsior Apartment House.

Our house, located on a small hill, features 24 spacious apartments ranging from 28 m² to 60 m² for 2-6 or more people, each individually furnished with a balcony, satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, and much more. Our cozy apartments impress with their breathtaking views of the surrounding mountain scenery. Upon request, we would be happy to spoil you with fresh rolls in the morning. Leave your car behind and explore the Seefeld region with the free regional bus for skiers and cross-country skiers, located about a 2-minute walk from the Excelsior House.
