Our house is located in an extremely central position – just a 2-minute walk from the train station and the village center – yet off the street in a quiet location. Enjoy the magnificent panoramic view of the Seefeld mountains, the beautiful landscape, and the fresh mountain air.

We rent a total of five cozy apartments that offer you a relaxing stay in the midst of this unique Alpine region. A spacious garden is at your disposal. In addition, the house has a lift that goes up to the second floor and down to the basement.

Our house is sustainably and environmentally friendly heated throughout the year with regional district heating. Upon request, we offer you a daily roll service. We speak Dutch and English. You can visit us all year round.

The Seefeld region is located on an open high plateau between the Wetterstein mountains, the iconic Zugspitze, and the Karwendel Natural Park.

Our guests have access to a large garden with table tennis, a sandbox, toys for children, and a grill. Pets are allowed. We charge an additional € 7,- per day for your dog. Furthermore, our house features a 100% barrier-free equipped apartment. The house also has an elevator that goes to the ski cellar and the second floor.
