The house is situated on the edge of the forest and has 1 flat.

Flat 1 is approx. 100 sqm large and has 3 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, bathtub and separate toilet, a comfortable living room with Sat-Tv and CD radio, as well as a bed-settee on which 2 more people can sleep.

The Region Seefeld is located on a high, open plateau, between the Wetterstein mountains, with the iconic Zugspitze, and the Karwendel Nature Park. The cross-country ski trails and the winter walking paths are part and parcel of the winter landscape and in summer, this sunny plateau keeps its guests happy with endless walking possibilities, a good variety of biking trails and plenty of culinary delights. Mother Nature is right on the doorstep of every hotel, just step over the threshold and find yourself in the middle of a green oasis, breathing in clear alpine air.
