Good Vibes & Good Rides - More than just cycling

Under this motto, we are offering an exclusive road bike camp for women who would like to spend a few days with like-minded people - on bike rides together and off the bike with a cozy "Zam".

Weekly schedule from Thursday to Sunday:
Thursday:

• Until 14:30: individual arrival -
• 15:00 - 17:00: Introductory bike ride -
• 18:30 - 20:00: Dinner
• From 20:00: Get-together, discussion of the following days & group allocation

Friday:

• From 07:30: Breakfast
• From 09:30: Joint bike ride (2 performance groups)
• From approx. 14:00: Free time
• 17:00 - 18:00: Pilates with Julia Blum, certified Pilates trainer
• 18:30 - 20:00: Dinner
• From 20:00: "First aid for bikes" workshop for mechanics

Saturday:

• From 07:30: Breakfast 
• From 09:30: Joint bike ride (2 performance groups)
• From approx. 16:00: Free time
• 18:30 - 20:00: Dinner
• From 20:00: Lecture "Motivation & mindset for training and racing" by Elena Roch, certified mental trainer

Sunday:

• From 07:30: Breakfast
• From 09:30:
