Experience the perfect balance between movement and relaxation in the morning!

You can expect 60 minutes of Vinyasa-style yoga with yoga therapy elements in a beautiful, bright wooden yoga room with a view of nature. We combine breathing with movement and find the individual balance between activity and regeneration. A yoga session that will leave you feeling refreshed and balanced on your day off.

What to bring: Comfortable clothes in which you can move well!
Cancellation conditions: No free cancellation possible!
Change of programme or cancellation: In case of cancellation by the organiser or if the minimum number of participants is not reached, you will automatically be refunded. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, you will be informed the day before between 17:00 and 18:00.
