It's about feeling our body properly once again and escaping the carousel of thoughts. Something we are losing more and more in the everyday madness between crash diets and home offices. We are always either holding on to something that is long gone or rushing after something future. Yet, especially on holiday, we want to enjoy the here and now.

Flowing and at the same time controlled movements, long holding in powerful asanas, a mix of tension and relaxation, and special breathing techniques help you to regain the natural body feeling and to arrive completely in the moment.

"The art of holding space" creates a framework in which you feel comfortable - a safe space. There are no show-offs and no losers. No competition. Whether beginners or experienced yogis, everyone is with themselves.
