Climbing gyms & bad weather alternatives

If the weather is not on its best side and prevents climbing on the rock, there are several excellent alternative options in the immediate vicinity. Only a few kilometres away, in Telfs and Innsbruck, you will find two modern climbing gyms. The Innsbruck climbing centre offers everything a climber's heart desires. With 500 climbing routes and 200 bouldering possibilities, both recreational climbers and top athletes will not miss out. In Telfs, too, the offer is impressive on a climbing area of 1400 m² with around 180 bouldering and 100 rope routes. In addition, the climbing halls are popular meeting places for all mountain sports enthusiasts.
