From May 2019 we will breathe new life into old Tyrolean cuisine and show how varied vegan cuisine can be in our restaurant with show kitchen. And that with fresh ingredients from the region, herbs from the surrounding mountains and a large portion of creativity.

We would like to show you how good vegetables and fruit can taste and how much energy you get. Regionality and seasonal shopping are naturally close to our hearts.
