Biathlon is an exciting duel of cross-country skiing and sport shooting. In hardly any other sport, endurance and concentration play so closely together.

The Region Seefeld offers ideal training conditions for professionals. The biathlon facility is located in the Seefeld Sports Arena, where cross-country skiers, combined skiers and ski jumpers competed for medals during the 2019 FIS World Ski Championships. With 30 small-bore shooting ranges, the competition facilities were used for the 2012 Winter Youth Olympic Games and 2020 Winter World Masers Games. Together with the wide, challenging cross-country ski trails which lead directly away from the facility, this offers optimal training conditions.

This is not only in winter, also in summer the biathlon facility is available to athlets together with the new 3.6 km long ski roller track.
