We love ingredients that Mother Nature gives us here in Tyrol. Regional suppliers and products from the region are processed with the highest craftsmanship and care. Hearty and hearty dishes from the local cuisine convey a feeling of home and often bring back memories of childhood. Indulge in typical and Austrian delicacies from the starter or soup to the great variety of desserts and pastries from our homeland. Our main focus is on Tyrolean dishes, which we also reinterpret once but usually preserve the goodness of the Tyrolean country house kitchen and the dishes simply remain as they are. Less is often more, but they are always 100% handmade with love.
