Your safety and the preservation of our beautiful nature is close to our hearts. We ask you as visitors to respectfully adapt to this beautiful landscape. By following these 10 rules, you will behave properly and preserve our unique nature in the process.

Please also pay attention to the rules of conduct when dealing with grazing animals.

For our nature

  • We take our waste back with us.
  • We stay on the marked trails.
  • We behave quietly and do not enter wildlife rest areas.
  • We treat animals with respectful distance and avoid disturbing them around dusk and at night.
  • We do not pick plants.
  • We travel by public transport.
  • We adhere to designated driving bans and parking areas.
  • We only use permitted campsites and refrain from using open fires.
  • We support regional businesses.
  • We always keep dogs on a leash (with the exception of the off-leash dog area in Leutasch).

The SOS EU ALP app enables location determination (x,y coordinates) via smartphone. This location data can be transmitted directly to the responsible control center (Tyrol, South Tyrol or Bavaria) in case of emergency.
