Culinary voyage of discovery with the finest that the region has to offer
This workshop brings international finesse to classic dishes, all in keeping with the particular season, and using, for the most part, products from the region, such as the plateau potato. Walter Schweigl, chef and organic farmer, will share some of his kitchen secrets and later you can try your very own culinary works of art. The activity finishes with a tour of the organic farm to see the finished products.
