DESCRIPTION:

The panoramic via ferrata to Seefelder Spitze offers breathtaking views over the entire high plateau of the Seefeld region, extending to the Zugspitze. It provides excellent rest spots to catch your breath and is a true mountain experience for experienced via ferrata enthusiasts. The 450-meter-long route covers dolomite-like limestone with numerous longer vertical sections that are sparsely equipped with rungs and are quite exposed in parts. It's an enjoyable via ferrata with many B/C sections that can be climbed in half a day with the help of the cable cars.

APPROACH TO THE WALL:

The marked path towards Reither Spitze, below the southwest cliffs of Seefelder Spitze, starts directly at the Rosshütte cable car mid-station. From this hiking trail, the entry point to the via ferrata is reached in just a few steps.
