The large children's play area by the lake, the Wildsee, is right next to the Strandperle lakeside restaurant and offers plenty of fun for junior adventurers. There are climbing frames, slides, bouncy animals, rubber tyres to jump on, tree trunks for balancing practice, a little house to play in, as well as plenty of places to sit. The ground is covered with cushioning bark mulch, making it ideal for more acrobatic activities and climbing manoeuvres (supervised of course!). Bigger children, teenagers and adults can enjoy the two sand beach-volleyball courts beside the play area, both laid out in competition format.

There is a good view of both the lake and the play area from the Strandperle sun terrace, where the welcoming host is on hand to help calm parental nerves with regular doses of coffee and cake, savoury snacks and refreshments. There is ample parking available close to the restaurant and play area. Access is off the L36 main road and charges apply.
