The small lake, the Lottensee, has belonged to the Kluckner Family since 1949. ‘Grandpa Josef’ built the pretty refreshment stop, the Lottenseehütte, in 1968 and with its location right beside the lake, it has been a popular spot ever since with walkers, foodies, (e)-bikers and cross-country skiers. With its cosy interior, it has room for around 60-80 people and is also available for private functions. You will find a hiking stamp here, charging points for e-bikes (please bring your own charger) and, on request, you can even pitch your tent by the lake during the warm summer months. The Lottenseehütte is easy to reach from Seefeld and Leutasch on family-friendly walking and cycling trails and once you are there, you can enjoy some traditional Tyrolean dishes and refreshing drinks either indoors or on the welcoming sun terrace. The Lottenseehütte is open in summer and in winter.
OVERNIGHT STAY
You can, on request, pitch your tent by the lake in summer. Highly-recommended!
