The particularly child- and family-friendly Brunnsteinhütte is located at 1,560 metres. Picturesque views over Mittenwald, to the Arnspitze and into the Wetterstein mountains make the ascent a particularly exciting family experience. During the summer months, hikers can stay overnight at the DAV hut from June to September. For the little ones, there is a separate petting zoo, a playground and a hut environment suitable for children. The Brunnsteinhütte is run with an environmentally friendly energy supply and waste management as an all-round sustainable pilot project - educational not only for children!

OVERNIGHT STAY
In summer, up to 42 people can sleep comfortably at the Brunnsteinhütte. For families with children, there are three separate family rooms for five to six people. Hut sleeping bags are compulsory, reservations are requested in good time and are only accepted by e-mail. The hut is subject to the general DAV hut regulations.

STARTING POINT
Coming from the south on the B2, the Brunnsteinhütte car park is located approx. 2 km after the state border.
