Adventure hike at the IML unicorn march

The adventure hike will take place on the 20th of September as part of the 25th Int. 3-Day Unicorn March in the Seefeld region. This event focuses not on performance but on fun, friendship, and nature. To encourage locals, day visitors, or casual athletes to join the international crowd, we are introducing the adventure hike for the first time this year. New routes have been specially designed for this event, leading participants through some of the most spectacular (non-high alpine) locations in the region. Depending on the distance, hikers will visit places like the Peace Bell in Mösern, pass by idyllic alpine pastures and huts, or experience a ride on the funicular along the Toni Seelos ski jump for the first time. But that's not all: along the route, participants will encounter music groups and culinary treats at the refreshment stations before the trails culminate at the Katzenkopf hut. There, traditional music, dance, and fun await, along with delicious food. Finally, participants can take the chairlift back down to the valley, covering the last few meters to the finish line in Weidach, where the day concludes with a cozy get-together in the Wettersteinhalle. Registration for the adventure hike is available online through the ticket shop, at the region's information offices, or on-site at the Wettersteinhalle in cash. The cost is €20 per person (children under 16 are free).
