SECTION 2

FROM LEUTASCH VIA LOTTENSEE AND WILDMOOSALM TO MÖSERN

The second day's section starts directly at the Music pavilion Leutasch and leads along the sidewalk to the Katzenkopf Leutasch valley station. From there it goes along the hiking trails no. 1 and 3 through the deeply snow-covered Fluder Valley. On the way, the idyllic landscape makes you forget any sense of time. The hiking trails lead through the Wildmoos nature reserve to the rustic Wildmoosalm. From here a beautiful circular hiking trail leads to the aperiodic Lottensee and Wildmoossee (trails no. 3 and 2). In the winter months, a cross-country ski trail runs parallel to the wildly romantic hiking trail. If you get hungry on the way, you will find numerous delicious temptations at the Lottenseehütte. After the lake circuit the hiking trail then returns to the Wildmoosalm, where a hearty Tyrolean bacon dumpling soup and a warm apple strudel provide the culinary rounding off of the first section of the day's hike.

From the Wildmoosalm, the last part of the day's section leads along hiking trails no. 2 and no. 60 to Lake Mösern and from there further in the direction of Mösern. The Möserer Seestub'n offers one last delicious stop
